1. Early-access service
DocsRouter is under active development. Features, model availability, API behavior, pricing, limits, and service availability may change. You are responsible for evaluating whether the service is appropriate for your use case before relying on it in production.
2. Accounts and API keys
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify us through the support channel listed in the documentation if you believe an account or key has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use DocsRouter to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, disrupt the service, bypass limits, probe systems without permission, or process content you are not authorized to submit. You must comply with any terms that apply to underlying model providers.
4. Customer content
You retain your rights in documents, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant DocsRouter the limited rights needed to transmit, process, and return that content to provide the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for submitted content.
5. Fees
Charges and usage estimates shown by the service are based on the pricing data and metering available at the time of a request. Current pricing details are described on the pricing page. You are responsible for fees incurred by your account.
6. Third-party providers
DocsRouter connects to third-party models and infrastructure. Their services may have separate terms, policies, limits, and availability. We do not control third-party output and do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, the service, or third parties; respond to legal requirements; address nonpayment; or investigate suspected misuse. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. OCR and model output may contain errors and must be reviewed before consequential use. To the extent permitted by law, DocsRouter is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
