1. Information we collect
We may collect account information such as your name, email address, and authentication details; billing and transaction information; API keys and account settings; and communications you send to us.
When you use the service, we may also collect request metadata, selected model IDs, usage and cost records, timestamps, device and browser information, IP address, diagnostics, and error logs.
2. Documents and model requests
DocsRouter processes documents, images, prompts, and resulting output to complete your requests. Content may be transmitted to the third-party model provider selected in your API request. Do not submit sensitive information unless you have determined that the service and applicable provider terms meet your requirements.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, process requests and payments, measure usage, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, communicate service information, and meet legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We may share information with infrastructure, authentication, analytics, payment, and model providers as needed to operate DocsRouter. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your choices
You may update certain account details in the dashboard and revoke API keys at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, use the support contact listed in the documentation. Rights vary by location.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as DocsRouter develops. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
